How to Order

1. Browse our product categories from the menu.
2. Select the item you want and note the product name.
3. Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order details.
4. We send you a PayPal invoice.
5. Pay via PayPal — your order is confirmed once payment clears.
6. We dispatch your order and send tracking information by email.

How to Place a Custom Order

1. Decide on: watch brand/model, lug width (mm), material, colour, buckle type.
2. Email [email protected] with your specifications.
3. We reply within 2 business days with a quote and production timeline.
4. Confirm and pay a 50% deposit via PayPal.
5. We produce your item (7–14 business days).
6. Pay the remaining 50% before dispatch.
7. We ship and send tracking.

Tracking Your Order
