Payment
We accept PayPal, which supports credit card, debit card, and PayPal balance. Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before dispatch.
Order Processing
Standard items are prepared within 3–5 business days. Custom / made-to-order items take 7–14 business days before dispatch.
Shipping
We ship across Europe and Asia. Delivery is typically 7–14 days to Europe and 5–10 days to Asia after dispatch. Tracking is provided by email. For other regions, contact us before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective. See our Guarantee page for warranty details.
Custom Orders
Custom straps, buckles, and accessories are made to your specifications. Because they are produced individually, they cannot be returned unless defective.
