3-Month Quality Guarantee
All products are covered by a 3-month quality guarantee from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship — for example stitching failure, hardware defects, or leather delamination under normal use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear such as patina, scratches, and colour change over time (natural for exotic leather).
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond normal wear, or improper storage.
- Alterations made by a third party.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We respond within 2 business days and will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please do not ship anything back without prior confirmation.
